Her method is founded on walking and taking more steps (by the way…do you know how many steps there are in a mile? Fact: on average 2000). Being more active on an everyday basis is such an important factor for your overall health, your productivity levels at work and your mental well-being. Lies shows busy people to get into the habit of walking and taking more steps so they can reach and maintain their natural weight. She tops that up with toning exercises you can do at home and even in your car and behind your desk and healthy, simple meal plans that are designed using the principles in her method: smart food swaps, tea for weight loss, intermittent fasting, what to eat and what not to eat, how to be able to continue eating carbs,… She shows her clients that they do not need diet & protein shakes and pills to lose weight and to maintain a healthy weight. Her program is designed even for people who claim: “I don’t have time for that”. Being busy herself running two businesses she knows all about that.

Lies only coaches a handful of clients in a 1:1 coaching program at a time but she regularly hosts workshops and group programs.
